Our custom details are designed to elevate your celebration with special enhancements that reflect your style and story. From décor accents to extra amenities, these little luxuries make your day feel effortlessly you.

Our custom details include:

Unity Sand Ceremony: A symbolic moment where you and your partner pour different colored sands into one vessel, representing two lives blending into one. It’s a meaningful keepsake you can display long after the wedding. We provide a beautifully decorated ceremony table, two colors of sand, and a keepsake vessel. $150

Welcome Table: A beautifully arranged space that greets your guests with important items like programs, guest books, memorial displays, or welcome signs — setting the tone for your celebration as soon as they arrive. We provide a table with linen, a cards & gifts sign and decor to match the aisle. $100

Water Station: A chilled refreshment area stocked with water to keep guests cool and comfortable during your beach ceremony, especially on warm days. We provide a large cooler stand with ice and chilled water bottles and a wooden sign. (We can customize the water bottle labels or provide custom koozies for an additional fee.) $150

Shoe Removal Station: A convenient setup where guests can slip off their shoes, and store them safely before walking onto the sand — adding comfort and maintaining a clean, relaxed beach vibe. We provide a chair, rug, shoe basket, and wooden “Shoes Here” sign. $150

Custom Signage: Personalized signs that match your theme and guide guests with style — anything from ceremony directions to decorative quotes, welcome messages, or seating details. They add charm while helping guests navigate the day. Ask for a custom quote.

Dove Release: A symbolic and visually stunning moment where white doves are released during or after your ceremony. The release represents love, peace, and new beginnings — creating a beautiful, memorable photo opportunity. We provide two white doves in a white heart shaped basket for you to release during your ceremony. $450

Café Lighting: Create a cozy, romantic glow with our café lighting — strands of soft, warm bulbs strung overhead to transform your reception space. This inviting lighting adds charm, ambiance, and a touch of magic to your celebration, making your beachside evening feel intimate and unforgettable. We provide four poles and multiple strands of café lights to surround the reception area. $500
